CR 48 Phase II Traffic Detour

Northtex Construction will be conducting an upcoming road improvement of County Road 48 between Crystal View Dr and Davenport Pkwy. The project aims to enhance road safety, functionality, and quality. As a result, County Road 48 will be temporarily closed to through traffic starting on July 17, 2023, at 7:00 AM and is expected to reopen by September 17, 2023, at 5:00 PM.

During the closure, alternative routes will be available, and signage will guide motorists accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the construction and appreciate your understanding.

Additionally, we are pleased to inform you that driveway improvements will be carried out as part of this project. These enhancements will ensure smoother transitions from the roadway to your property, improving accessibility.
