Development Review Committee

The role of the Development Review Committee (DRC) is to answer questions regarding the predevelopment of tracts of land within the city limits. Meetings are held on a first come, first serve basis and are held in thirty minute increments at a maximum of four appointments per DRC meeting date.

The initial DRC meeting is held at no charge; however, meetings held thereafter with the DRC are billed in accordance with the city's fee schedule as amended by Ordinance 2019-28 Meetings are held every other Tuesday from 9am to 11am.
